Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from conception to completion. As the Director of Architecture, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural team, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all architectural designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and within budget. Your role will also involve staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends and technologies, and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of architects and designers. You will also need to be highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Proficiency in architectural design software.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Professional licensure in architecture is preferred.
