Job Title: Principal

Location: G D Goenka Public School, Arrah, Bihar

Reports To: School Chairman/Director

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead our school, ensuring academic excellence and holistic development.

Key Responsibilities:-

? Provide visionary leadership and manage daily school operations.

? Align curriculum with CBSE standards and promote innovative teaching.

? Recruit, train, and mentor staff; conduct performance appraisals.

? Support student development in academics, extracurriculars, and personal growth.

? Engage with parents and the community; maintain strong relationships.

? Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations and manage school resources.

Qualifications:-?

Master's Degree

? Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) is essential.

? Minimum 10 years of teaching experience; 3 years in a leadership role.

? Proven experience managing a CBSE-affiliated school.

Skills and Competencies:

? Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

? In-depth knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and educational standards.

? Proficiency in educational technology and administrative software.
