Job Title: Principal

Salary: ?30,000-35,000 per month

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Principal to lead our institution. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring leader with exceptional academic, administrative, and managerial skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all academic and administrative operations of the institution.

- Design and implement strategic academic programs aligned with institutional goals.

- Ensure a disciplined, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.

- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance appraisal of faculty and staff.

- Foster industry-institution collaboration and encourage research initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory educational norms.

- Drive continuous improvement in academic results, innovation, and institutional rankings.

- Plan and execute student recruitment strategies, meet admission targets, and represent the institutionthrough outreach presentations at feeder schools and colleges.

Establish and nurture academic partnerships and networks to strengthen admission pipelines

Responsibilities:

Oversee the academic and administrative operations of the institution. Plan, implement, and monitor academic programs and activities. Ensure discipline and maintain a conducive learning environment. Supervise faculty recruitment, training, and performance. Promote research, industry-institution collaboration, and academic excellence. Manage institutional compliance, including statutory and regulatory requirements. Develop and execute strategies to improve institutional performance and results.
Qualifications:

Postgraduate degree in Education, Management, or related field (Ph.D. preferred). Proven leadership experience in educational administration for at least 7 years. Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage teams, plan budgets, and oversee institutional development.
