CTC:

(Based on interview & experience) + Accommodation + Food

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday

Timings:

8:30 AM - 4:30 PM / 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Gender:

Male / Female

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in a CBSE-affiliated school

Qualification:

Associate Degree (B.Ed preferred)

Skills Required:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Role Overview

The school is looking for a dynamic and experienced educational leader for the role of Principal / Vice Principal. The role involves overseeing academics, managing daily school operations, and building a positive learning environment in alignment with CBSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

Develop and implement academic programs and policies as per CBSE guidelines

Monitor teacher performance and student progress

Encourage innovative teaching practices & technology integration

Administrative Duties

Oversee day-to-day school operations and scheduling

Ensure compliance with CBSE affiliation norms & documentation

Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively

Staff Management

Recruit, mentor, and supervise teaching & non-teaching staff

Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback

Organize teacher training & professional development

Student Welfare

Implement student discipline & welfare policies

Oversee admissions and student support initiatives

Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment

Stakeholder Engagement

Coordinate with parents, teachers, and community stakeholders

Organize PTMs & school events

Act as the point of contact for CBSE and local authorities

Educational Qualification

Associate Degree in Education or related field (B.Ed preferred)

Experience

Minimum 2 years in a CBSE-affiliated school

Prior leadership experience preferred

Skills

Strong leadership & organizational abilities

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Knowledge of budgeting & resource management

Understanding of educational technology

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
