Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day school operations, including academic, administrative, and extracurricular activities.
Lead and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure high educational standards.
Implement school policies and ensure adherence to educational regulations.
Develop and monitor academic curriculum and student assessment processes.
Organize staff training programs, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.
Maintain effective communication with students, parents, teachers, and management.
Monitor student discipline, attendance, and overall performance.
Prepare annual budgets and manage school resources efficiently.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and motivating school environment.
Requirements:
Associate Degree (Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching or school administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of current educational trends, curriculum standards, and child development.
Proficiency in English and Telugu is an advantage.
