We are seeking an experienced and dedicated School Principal to provide strong leadership and ensure a safe, positive, and high-quality learning environment. The Principal will oversee academic programs, manage staff, support students, and work closely with parents and the school community to promote excellence in education.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily school operations
Oversee curriculum implementation and academic performance
Supervise, support, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff
Maintain a safe, disciplined, and inclusive school environment
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field
Relevant teaching and administrative experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to inspire staff and support student success
