Job Overview:



The Principal Accts Payable Administrator provides solutions to problems that may be atypical or infrequently occurring based on practice and existing precedents or procedures. The work of the Principal Accts Payable Administrator directly impacts the quality of the team's work. They can communicate technical Accounts Payable information to the team and suggest improvements to existing processes.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:



Process all assigned invoices within the stipulated turnaround time Process PO and Non-PO invoices Complete quality checking, support audit requirements, etc. Reconcile vendor statements Coordinate with internal and external clients and internal stakeholders via email/calls to resolve the issues Explore continuous process improvements and share best practices across the team

Essential Qualifications and Education:



Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related major is a plus 5-7 years of work experience in accounts payable Working knowledge of general accounting procedures Proficiency in relevant accounting software (i.e., JDE, Oracle, Kissflow) and MS Office (i.e., Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.) Excellent data entry and data management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Must be able to prioritize, have a sense of urgency, and the ability to meet deadlines Sound judgment, professional integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality Strong listening, verbal, and written English language communication skills Must be able to interact positively and professionally with all levels of employees throughout the company Strong problem-analysis and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience with Accounts Payable and Accounting software systems helpful in allowing career succession
