Key Responsibilities : Revenue Operations (50%) :Tool Admin Ownership : Serve as the primary administrator for all GTM tools including Hubspot, Outreach, Orum, ZoomInfo, Demand Science, Clay, Proposify. Knowledge of Clay is optional but a big advantage.CRM & Tools Management : Own CRM data hygiene, pipeline integrity, and system enhancements to improve efficiency.Analytics & Reporting : Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, conversion rates, funnel metrics, and revenue KPIs.Sales Performance Tracking : Track and analyze SDR and sales team metrics, activities, and efficiency.Compensation Management : Design and manage incentive structures and variable payouts for SDRs.Process Optimization : Streamline end-to-end revenue processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve conversion and reduce friction.Forecasting Support : Provide real-time data insights and support sales planning and target setting in collaboration with leadership.Cross-functional Alignment : Act as the strategic connector between Sales, Marketing, and CS teams.The Successful Applicant :Experience : 4+ years in Sales Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.Tech Stack Knowledge : Familiarity with CRM and sales tools like (Hubspot, Outreach, Orum, ZoomInfo, Demand Science, Clay, Proposify )Data Proficiency : Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; knowledge of BI tools is a plus.Soft Skills : High ownership, detail orientation, proactiveness, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration.Culture Fit : Must thrive in ambiguity and chaos, and bring structure to the process.
