Education/Experience:

Major Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate the assessment and recommendation of vendor hardware/software solutions; lead all aspects of installation and backup recovery processes.
Lead capacity planning and budget forecasting for infrastructure needs.
Serve as a technical lead within the Core Technology Group and other IT domains.
Build and propose innovative technology solutions using emerging tools and platforms, present project proposals to IT leadership.
Manage complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Provide specialized support for systems, including troubleshooting, research, and handling outstanding customer requirements.
Offer consulting and application support to other IT teams and initiatives.
Mentor and guide junior team members.
Coordinate and improve data center infrastructure, ensuring compliance with SOPs and internal standards.
Lead operations for the Regional Data Warehouse (RDW) environment, ensuring efficient performance and reliability.
Manage system performance, backups, disaster recovery, user access, and security protocols.
Collaborate with collaborators for system upgrades and maintenance planning.

Extensive knowledge in a minimum of three of the subsequent fields: Windows/Linux Servers, Data Centers, Storage, Virtualization, Messaging, Citrix, Cloud platforms, and Global Operations.

Subject Matter Expert in system administration and infrastructure management.
Proficient in troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, and storage environments.

Knowledge of network protocols, security (TCP/IP, firewalls), monitoring tools, SIEM systems, VoIP, and wireless technologies.
Expertise in diagnosing core problems and supervising broad infrastructure landscapes.
