Role Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Primavera Trainer to join our academic team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality online training sessions, developing learning content, and guiding students in mastering project planning and scheduling using Oracle Primavera.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct live online training sessions on Primavera P6 and related project management concepts. Develop, update, and maintain training materials, modules, and assessments. Deliver hands-on demonstrations and real-world examples of project planning, scheduling, and resource management. Assist learners with project work, case studies, and certification exam preparation. Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest features of Primavera and trends in project management practices. Coordinate with the curriculum development team to enhance course content and structure.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience with Primavera P6 software in academic or industry settings. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in teaching or practical project management using Primavera. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, resource allocation, WBS, baseline creation, and tracking. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Prior experience in delivering online training and working with LMS platforms is a plus. Primavera certification (preferred, but not mandatory).
