Job Description

Primary Teacher and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Class 1 to 5

Required Qualification: B.Tech/BSc/BA or equivalent

Must be proficient in the English language--reading, writing, and speaking.

Must have basic knowledge of all subjects (Mathematics, Science, Social, English, Hindi, etc.)

Should be able to handle English medium students from various schools.

Should assist students with homework completion on daily basis.

Provide excellent concept clarity to the students and clarify their doubts.

Identify conceptual and procedural errors if any, correct them immediately and coach the students to avoid repetitive errors.

Should help the students thoroughly in their exam preparation.

Guide students in handling exams, managing time and achieving good scores.

Must contribute in building strong foundation for student learning.

Drive and encourage students to follow 'today's work today' learning principle and promote consistent study habits.

Develop content for

Class 1 to 5

in line with management guidelines.

Analyze the content and strategies of other players in education industry.

Record video and audio sessions as part of the content development process.

Must have strong knowledge of

MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

to develop and organize academic content effectively.

Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by the management as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Volunteer

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
