Job Description
Responsibilities
Plan and teach lessons as per school curriculum. Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment. Assess students regularly and share feedback with parents. Support overall development--academic, social, and emotional. Prepare teaching materials and participate in school activities. Coordinate with colleagues and attend training sessions.
Requirements
Graduate with B.Ed or equivalent. Experience in teaching primary grades preferred. Good communication and classroom management skills. Friendly, patient, and child-centered approach. Basic knowledge of educational technology.
