Primary School Teacher

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing classroom environment, delivering engaging lessons across core subjects, and supporting the academic and personal development of students from

Grades UKG to 5.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery:

Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in subjects.

Classroom Management:

Establish and maintain a safe, positive, and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.

Student Assessment:

Monitor and assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and exams. Provide feedback to students and communicate progress to parents and school leadership.

Lesson Planning:

Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and instructional materials in line with the school curriculum and national education standards.

Individualized Instruction:

Identify students' needs and tailor instruction accordingly, including support for students with learning difficulties or advanced abilities.

Parent Communication:

Maintain regular communication with parents through meetings, reports, and informal interactions to discuss student progress and well-being.

Professional Development:

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. Stay updated with best teaching practices and educational trends.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school staff to plan interdisciplinary activities and share best practices.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress, attendance, and other required documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent teaching qualification.
(Additional certification in primary education is an advantage.)

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience at the primary level (preferred).

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong classroom management abilities Creativity and enthusiasm for working with children Ability to use technology effectively in the classroom Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude

Working Conditions:

Standard school hours, with occasional evening or weekend events Classroom-based with occasional field trips and extracurricular activities May involve physical activity, standing for long periods, and active interaction with young learners
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
