Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and educational philosophy. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and cross-curricular projects. Establish strong communication with parents and guardians to support student learning and well-being. Contribute to extracurricular activities, school events, and community-building initiatives. Uphold the school's values and actively participate in shaping its vision and ethos.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent teaching qualification. Proven experience teaching at the primary level (Grades 1-5 preferred). Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate pedagogy. Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs. Passion for education and commitment to continuous professional growth.
