Job Summary:



We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

Associate Teacher

for our

Primary Section (Grades I-V)

following the

CBSE curriculum

. The Associate Teacher will support the Lead Teacher in delivering high-quality classroom instruction, promoting a positive learning environment, and assisting with planning, assessments, and student development.

Key Responsibilities:Classroom Support:



Assist the Lead Teacher in preparing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum. Support individual and group learning activities in core subjects such as English, Math, Environmental Studies, and Hindi. Maintain classroom discipline and reinforce school rules and values.

Instructional Duties:



Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students who need extra help. Help with planning instructional materials, worksheets, and creative teaching aids. Support in the use of digital tools or smart boards for interactive learning.

Assessment & Feedback:



Assist in administering classwork, homework, and assessments. Maintain records of student progress and behavior as directed by the Lead Teacher. Offer constructive feedback to students under guidance.

Classroom Management:



Organize classroom resources and maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment. Supervise students during lunch, recess, assemblies, and field trips as assigned.

Professional Collaboration:



Attend and participate in staff meetings, training, and workshops. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate lessons and events. Communicate effectively with parents when required, under the supervision of the Lead Teacher or Coordinator.

Qualifications & Skills:



Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Education or a related field).D.El.Ed / B.Ed preferred.CTET Paper I qualified is an added advantage.

Experience:


1-3 years of teaching or classroom support experience in a CBSE school is desirable.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with children Basic knowledge of child psychology and pedagogy Tech-savvy (comfortable using digital tools and smart classroom aids) Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
