Job Summary:

The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for nurturing and educating young children in their early years. The role focuses on creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that supports children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons, activities, and play-based learning sessions. Develop basic skills in children such as language, numbers, colors, shapes, and motor skills. Create a warm, safe, and supportive classroom environment. Encourage social interaction, good habits, and positive behavior. Use creative teaching methods like storytelling, rhymes, music, art, and activities. Observe and assess children's progress and maintain individual records. Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development and progress. Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times. Maintain classroom cleanliness, learning materials, and displays. Participate in school events, meetings, training sessions, and activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECCEd / NTT / D.Ed) preferred. Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience may apply. Love and patience for working with young children. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic personality. Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

Experience:

Freshers may apply. 1-3 years of teaching experience in a preschool will be preferred.
