Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the school's curriculum. Assess student progress through tests, quizzes, and assignments. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning. Prepare students for standardized tests and assessments. Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. Teaching certification or licensure for primary school education. Previous teaching experience, preferably in a primary school setting. Strong understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, and literature. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage a classroom effectively and create a positive learning environment. Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
