Position Overview
We are inviting applications from passionate and experienced educators for the position of
Primary Teacher (Home Room Teacher - HRT)
. The selected candidate will be responsible for mentoring a class of young learners, handling academics, pastoral care, and fostering an engaging classroom culture.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the
Home Room Teacher
for a primary class.
Teach core subjects and integrate activity-based learning.
Build a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Track and support students' academic, emotional, and social growth.
Collaborate with subject teachers and school management.
Organize and participate in school assemblies, events, and co-curricular programs.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Graduate/Postgraduate with
B.Ed./D.Ed. (Mandatory)

2-3 years of prior teaching experience
in primary grades preferred.
Strong English communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching, creativity, and child-centered pedagogy.
