Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards.

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning.

- Foster the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of students through differentiated instruction.

- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.

- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and address any concerns.

- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and participate in school events and activities.

- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

- Teaching certification or licensure for the primary level.

- Prior experience teaching at the primary level is preferred.

- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
