Primary Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our academic team. The teacher will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, delivering engaging lessons, and supporting the intellectual, emotional, and social development of students in the primary grades.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons aligned with the school curriculum. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation. Teach core subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, etc.) as per grade requirements. Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students. Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to meet diverse learning needs. Foster curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain discipline and respect. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and well-being. Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development sessions. Uphold school values, policies, and safeguarding standards.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification. Prior teaching experience in primary/elementary grades preferred. Strong knowledge of child development and pedagogy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity, patience, and passion for teaching. Ability to integrate technology into teaching practices. Strong classroom management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
