Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons in English, Math, EVS/Science, Social Studies, and other subjects as per curriculum guidelines.
Integrate innovative teaching methods (activity-based learning, storytelling, play-way, digital tools) to make learning interactive and enjoyable.
Support holistic development by focusing on academics, life skills, values, and co-curricular activities.
Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement, and provide individual attention when required.
Foster creativity, confidence, discipline, and teamwork among students.
Conduct formative and summative assessments, maintain records of student progress, and share feedback with parents.
Prepare report cards, conduct parent-teacher meetings, and collaborate with parents for the child's growth.
Maintain discipline, respect, and order in the classroom.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly environment.
Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and curriculum delivery.
Uphold the school's vision, mission, and values at all times.
