Primary Teacher
to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, delivering engaging lessons, and nurturing the intellectual and social development of young learners in their formative years.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum.
Student Engagement:
Use creative teaching methods (storytelling, visual aids, and interactive activities) to keep students engaged.
Assessment:
Evaluate student performance through regular tests, assignments, and observations; maintain accurate progress records.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a healthy, safe, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages learning.
Parent Communication:
Conduct regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) to discuss student growth and address concerns.
Holistic Development:
Organize and participate in co-curricular activities, school events, and workshops.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Graduate (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com) with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. (BTC) from a recognized university.
Experience:
Prior experience in primary teaching is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Language Proficiency:
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
Soft Skills:
Patience, empathy, strong organizational skills, and a genuine love for working with children.
