Job Title:

Primary Teacher (PRT)

The Primary Teacher (PRT) is responsible for educating students in grades 1-5 by delivering age-appropriate lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the prescribed curriculum Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, EVS/Science, and Social Studies Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids Assess and evaluate students' academic progress through tests and assignments Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, inclusive learning environment Identify individual learning needs and provide remedial support when required Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs Maintain attendance records, report cards, and student documentation

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education (D.El.Ed / B.Ed preferred) Graduation in a relevant subject CTET or equivalent certification (as per school/government norms)

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and classroom management skills Patience, creativity, and empathy Ability to engage young learners effectively Basic computer skills (online teaching tools, MS Office, smart boards) Teamwork and adaptability

Freshers or candidates with prior teaching experience in primary classes may apply
