Job Description

PRT Teacher (Primary Resource Teacher / Primary Teacher) for all subject for the session 2026-27

Instructional Planning & Delivery:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across all primary curriculum subjects (e.g., Math, English, Science, Social Studies). Design and implement educational activities and resources that cater to the diverse learning styles, abilities, and needs of all students. Integrate technology effectively into lessons to enhance the learning experience.

Student Assessment and Progress

Classroom Management & Environment

Collaboration and Communication:

Communicate effectively and regularly with parents and carers regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns (e.g., through parent-teacher meetings).12 Collaborate with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school staff to plan and coordinate work and contribute to curriculum development. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events, outings, and activities.

Typical Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a related field. A valid teaching certification CTET, TET (OPTIONAL) Previous teaching or classroom experience is preferred.
