Skills required:

Teach core subjects like English, Math, EVS, Hindi, etc. as per the class level. Prepare daily lesson plans aligned with the curriculum. Use age-appropriate teaching methods and activities. Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment. Take daily attendance and ensure student safety in class. Focus on foundational skills: reading, writing, speaking, numbers. Use worksheets, storytelling, activities, and practical learning. Identify slow learners and provide extra support. Encourage creativity, curiosity, and good habits. Participate in assemblies, festivals, and school events. Help with co-curricular activities and competitions. Follow school rules, timings, and reporting formats. Coordinate with other teachers and the school coordinator.
