To deliver curriculum?based teaching for Primary classes while encouraging academic excellence, discipline, and values.
2. Key Responsibilities
Teach subjects (English, Maths, EVS, Hindi/Marathi, Computer, etc.) as per timetable.
Prepare structured lesson plans, projects, and assessments.
Use activity?based and interactive teaching methodologies.
Evaluate student performance through classwork, homework, and tests.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and progress reports.
Provide remedial support to slow learners.
Coordinate with parents through PTMs and regular updates.
Support school events, assemblies, competitions, and celebrations.
Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and positive behaviour guidance.
3. Required Skills & Qualifications
D.Ed / B.Ed / Equivalent Teacher Training (mandatory).
Strong subject knowledge.
Classroom management and communication skills.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, digital tools).
