Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons as per the school's academic guidelines.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
Conduct regular assessments and maintain academic records.
Use creative and interactive teaching methods to enhance student learning.
Ensure classroom discipline and student safety.
Communicate effectively with parents about student performance and development.
Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and activity-based learning materials.
Participate in staff meetings, school events, and training sessions.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to improve teaching standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent is mandatory.
Previous experience teaching primary grades preferred.
Strong communication skills in English.
Good classroom management and child-centric approach.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
Preferred Skills:
Creative teaching techniques and activity-based learning experience.
Ability to engage students in projects, storytelling, and hands-on learning.
