Job Description

Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the curriculum. Ensure timely syllabus completion and maintain lesson plans. Assess students' performance through tests, classwork, and activities. Provide individual support to students with different learning needs. Maintain discipline, attendance, and a safe classroom environment. Mobilize parents and guardians for active participation in the child's learning. Support in school enrollment drives and community mobilization activities. Organize and encourage student participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. Identify and address behavioral, emotional, or learning challenges in students. Maintain records - attendance, report cards, progress reports, and files. Communicate regularly with parents through meetings and feedback sessions. Participate in school events, functions, and cultural programs. Collaborate with fellow teachers for planning and best practices sharing. Attend training programs and workshops for professional growth. Uphold school values, policies, and contribute towards school development initiatives.
