Plan and Deliver Lessons

Assessment and Grading
: Create, assign, and grade assignments, tests, and projects while providing timely, constructive feedback to support student improvement and learning outcomes.
Classroom Management
: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and orderly classroom environment to ensure all students can learn effectively; enforce rules and model respectful behavior.
Student Progress Monitoring
: Regularly evaluate students' academic progress and maintain accurate records; prepare and share progress reports.
Communication
: Collaborate with colleagues, attend staff meetings, and communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance and well-being.
Professional Development
: Participate in trainings, workshops, or conferences to stay updated on educational best practices and new technologies.
Extracurricular Involvement
: Organize and supervise educational activities, events, or field trips to promote holistic development.
Individualized Support
: Provide extra help to struggling students through differentiated instruction and one-on-one support.
Compliance
: Adhere to school policies, state/national educational guidelines, and ethical standards.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
: Bachelor's degree in teaching, education, or relevant subject; teacher certification preferred.
Experience
: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in one or more subjects at the primary or secondary level.
