Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment that fosters early childhood development. The teacher will be responsible for developing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth in children aged 3 to 6 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment Use storytelling, games, songs, and hands-on activities to enhance learning Observe, assess, and document student progress regularly Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents for the child's overall development Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings and provide updates on child's progress Manage classroom materials, supplies, and hygiene standards Encourage creativity, independence, and self-confidence in children Follow school curriculum and guidelines, and ensure timely completion of syllabus

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education / ECCE / B.Ed. (preferred) Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills in English (and local language if applicable) Strong classroom management and organizational skills Creativity, patience, and a genuine love for working with children Familiarity with play-based and activity-based teaching methods Basic knowledge of child safety and first-aid is a plus
