Job Description

:

A primary teacher is responsible for educating children typically between the ages of 5 and 11, typically in elementary or primary schools. Their main duties are:

Planning and delivering lessons in accordance with the curriculum. Assessing and evaluating students' progress through various means, such as tests, quizzes, and projects. Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the intellectual, social, and emotional development of each student. Communicating regularly with parents and caregivers to update them on their child's progress and address any concerns. Collaborating with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate lessons and activities. Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance. Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends and best practices.
Additionally, a primary teachers is responsible for organizing and supervising extracurricular activities, such as field trips, clubs, and sports teams, to enrich the students' learning experience.

Education

: A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is required.

Subject Knowledge

: Strong knowledge of the subjects taught at the primary level, such as language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies.

Classroom Management

: Skills to manage a classroom effectively, maintain discipline, and create a positive learning environment.

Communication Skills

: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
