Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Planning & Delivery
Design and facilitate experiential, integrated learning journeys in English and EVS, drawing from Cambridge, NCERT, and other progressive frameworks.
Help learners build strong foundations in language and environmental understanding through storytelling, nature-based learning, projects, discussions, and real-life connections.
Student Mentorship & Care
Provide emotional and social support, creating a safe and encouraging space where learners feel confident to express themselves and explore their surroundings.
Cultivate a growth mindset where questions and mistakes are welcomed as part of the learning process.
Assessment & Feedback
Use reflective tools, portfolios, projects, and process-based assessments to document student progress -- focusing on communication, comprehension, environmental awareness, and conceptual clarity.
Cultural & Co-curricular Engagement
Integrate language and environmental learning with art, nature walks, community activities, reading circles, role-plays, and interdisciplinary projects that make concepts come alive.
Professional Growth
Participate in reflective conversations, peer learning, and ongoing professional development within a collaborative educator community.
Parent & Community Partnerships
Build relationships with families rooted in trust, empathy, and meaningful engagement.
Ideal Candidate
3-5 years of teaching experience (experience in residential, alternative, or progressive schools preferred)
Strong command over English language skills and conceptual understanding of EVS for primary grades
Ability to make learning joyful, experiential, and inquiry-driven
Familiarity with NCF 2023 and child-centric pedagogies
Compassionate, emotionally grounded, and collaborative in approach
Comfortable using simple educational technologies meaningfully

Monday to Saturday (half-day on Saturdays)
