Good Luck Institute is seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for students in primary classes, fostering their academic, social, and emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for primary students (Classes 1-5) in accordance with the curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain academic records.
- Foster strong communication with parents regarding student development.
- Encourage students' curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary learning and school activities.
- Participate in events, co-curricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and disciplined school atmosphere.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed)/ NTT/D.El.Ed or relevant qualification preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Strong understanding of child psychology and modern teaching methodologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle diverse learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- knowledge of English and/or local languages as required for instruction.
