Job Description

Plan and conduct daily classroom activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Introduce children to basic concepts through play-based learning, stories, rhymes, songs, and hands-on activities. Create and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment. Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence in children. Observe, assess, and document children's progress and share feedback with parents. Manage classroom behavior with patience and positive reinforcement. Foster good communication and partnership with parents and guardians. Participate in school events, celebrations, and staff meetings. Ensure the well-being and safety of every child at all times.
