Job Description

The Primary Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective classroom instruction to students of primary grades . The role includes planning lessons in alignment with the school curriculum, fostering a positive learning environment, monitoring student progress, and ensuring the holistic development of children academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons that align with the prescribed curriculum. Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Use innovative teaching methodologies, including activity-based and child-centered learning. Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing constructive feedback. Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent learning among students. Maintain classroom discipline and instill good moral values. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance and behavior. Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development activities. Collaborate with colleagues and school management to improve academic outcomes. Ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a primary teacher or freshers who have passion in teaching, are encouraged. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children. Ability to integrate technology and modern teaching tools in the classroom. Good organizational and classroom management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
