Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Secondary Sales Executive (Inside Sales) to handle sales coordination, lead follow-ups, and customer relationship management for our machinery business. The role involves engaging with existing distributors, dealers, and industrial clients to generate repeat and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for industrial machinery and spare parts.
Generate and nurture leads from existing dealers, distributors, and clients.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client and sales information.
Coordinate with the field sales team for order execution and customer follow-up.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details with potential clients.
Follow up on pending payments, deliveries, and customer feedback.
Support marketing activities such as email campaigns, exhibitions, and product promotions.
Work closely with production, dispatch, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).
Good understanding of industrial or capital machinery sales cycles.
Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and quotation management.
Ability to build strong client relationships and handle objections professionally.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Experience in Machinery / Industrial Equipment / B2B Sales preferred.
