Position:

Primary Science Teacher

Responsibilities:

Implement the Montessori philosophy and methodology in an elementary classroom. ( age 6 to 12) Foster a stimulating and prepared learning environment that encourages exploration and independent learning. Guide students in academic and social development while respecting their individual learning pace. Design engaging lesson plans aligned with Montessori principles and age-appropriate learning outcomes. Maintain a well-organized and structured classroom that promotes curiosity and critical thinking. Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and school leadership regarding student progress and development. Conduct regular assessments & close observations to track student growth and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Encourage positive classroom behavior and interpersonal skills among students.

Requirements:

Experience

: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Primary environment.

Language Skills

: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Passion for Teaching

: A deep understanding of child development and a commitment to nurturing young learners.

Adaptability & Collaboration

: Ability to work closely with other educators and parents to create a supportive learning community.
