Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Science Teacher to join our CBSE-affiliated school. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and a strong ability to engage students in scientific concepts through practical and theoretical instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and activities that foster critical thinking and problem-solving. Conduct practical experiments and demonstrations in the laboratory to reinforce theoretical knowledge. Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, projects, and exams. Maintain records of students' performance and provide constructive feedback. Prepare students for internal and board examinations (if applicable). Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning. Participate in school events, staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs. Ensure the safety and proper maintenance of science lab equipment. Stay updated with the latest developments in science education and CBSE guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) with B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms). Minimum [2-5] years of experience teaching Science under the CBSE curriculum. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and blended learning methods.

Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds. Creative teaching strategies to make Science interactive and fun. Team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
