Plan and deliver
engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
Use
activity-based and experiential learning
methods
Foster students'
academic, social, and emotional development
Assess and monitor student progress through
worksheets, projects, and assessments
Maintain
student records, lesson plans, and progress reports
Communicate regularly with
parents and school management
Participate in
school events, training programs, and meetings
Ensure
student safety, discipline, and well-being
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate degree
(B.A./B.Sc./B.Com, etc.)
B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. / TTC
(mandatory as per norms)
Strong
communication and classroom management skills
Patience, empathy, and a child-friendly approach
Ability to use
teaching aids, activities, and digital tools
Knowledge of
CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum
(preferred)
Experience
1-4 years of teaching experience
at primary level
