Responsibilities for Primary School Teacher

Keep the classroom under control Develop lesson plans Establish and enforce a set of rules for the classroom Keep parents updated on their child's progress Prepare students for standardized tests Monitor the halls in between classes Encourage students to learn as much as they can Recognize problematic behavior in students
Qualifications for Elementary School Teacher

B.Ed. degree or relevant degree Empathy to care for students Ability to control a classroom Comfortable working with students of different levels Ability to create lesson plans

excellent communication and listening skills

Ability to communicate issues to parents Regional language is mandatory (Tamil) Good English--this is very important

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
