About the Role

We're looking for a primary teacher who genuinely enjoys being around children, thinks creatively, and knows how to turn everyday moments into meaningful learning. This role needs someone who can balance structure with freedom, curiosity with clarity, and academics with real-life connection.

What You'll Do

Plan and teach experiential, hands-on lessons that make children think, question, and explore. Create a classroom environment that feels safe, warm, and alive with ideas. Observe children closely and use those observations to shape learning. Build strong relationships with each child and understand their emotional and developmental needs. Communicate thoughtfully with parents and keep them informed about their child's growth. Collaborate with the school team to design projects, events, and learning experiences. Maintain clear routines, boundaries, and expectations without using fear or force. Keep learning yourself and bring in new strategies, ideas, and approaches.

What We're Looking For

Someone who is calm, reflective, and genuinely child-centered. Strong command of English and confidence in communication. A teacher who can design lessons that mix academics with creativity and real-world relevance. Comfort with project-based learning, open-ended tasks, and multi-sensory activities. Patience, consistency, and emotional maturity. Willingness to learn and unlearn. Ability to think on their feet when plans fall apart. Respect for children's individuality and voice.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Education preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong). Prior experience teaching primary grades is an advantage. Strong understanding of child development is a big plus.
