Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery:
Plan and implement engaging lessons in subjects such as English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and EVS, as per the school's academic framework.
Student Engagement:
Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment that encourages inquiry, creativity, and active participation.
Assessment & Evaluation:
Conduct formative and summative assessments; maintain student records and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
Lesson Planning & Innovation:
Use differentiated instruction, teaching aids, technology, and project-based learning to cater to varying learning styles and needs.
Classroom Management:
Maintain discipline and decorum while nurturing emotional and social development.
Parental Communication:
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements through meetings, reports, and digital platforms.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary activities, participate in school events, and contribute to curriculum development.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent
Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant subject (English, Math, Science, etc.)
Minimum
3 years of teaching experience
in a recognized primary school
Strong knowledge of age-appropriate teaching strategies and child psychology
Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/International curriculum (as applicable)
Preferred Skills:
Strong classroom management and organizational skills
Comfort with using digital tools and e-learning platforms
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
