Responsibilities : academic professional development comment Design and follow a complete teaching plan in accordance with school guidelines and goals Organize learning materials and resources, ensuring a tidy and engaging classroom Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health Maintain open communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in curriculum planning and school-wide initiatives Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential. Teach English language and reading, writing Provide extra support and guidance to students who need additional help. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
