Job Overview:

Winmore Academy, Whitefield is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to teach English, Environmental Studies (EVS), and Mathematics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing young minds, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons for English, EVS, and Math in line with the school's curriculum and educational standards. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and child development. Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of student performance and development. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs. Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to enhance teaching methods and school culture.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent with specialization in primary education. Proficiency in English, with strong communication and classroom management skills. Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience preferred. Knowledge of current teaching methodologies and child-centered learning practices. Familiarity with CBSE curriculum is an advantage.
