Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across core subjects (English, Math, EVS/Science, Hindi) in accordance with school standards.
Student Development:
Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and social-emotional growth.
Assessment:
Evaluate student progress through regular tests, assignments, and observations; maintain accurate records of performance.
Classroom Management:
Maintain discipline and create a safe, organized, and inclusive learning space.
Communication:
Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and collaborate with colleagues for school events and academic planning.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Graduate in a relevant field with a
B.Ed. or D.El.Ed.
(as per NCTE norms).
Experience:
Previous experience teaching primary grades is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Language:
Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential.
Attributes:
Strong interpersonal skills, patience, creativity, and a genuine love for teaching children.
