Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons as per the curriculum
Create a safe, supportive, and interactive learning environment
Develop basic skills in reading, writing, mathematics, and general knowledge
Assess students' progress and maintain academic records
Encourage good habits, discipline, and moral values
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development
Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / D.El.Ed / B.Ed (Primary) preferred
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching children
Ability to use teaching aids and activity-based learning methods
