Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood curriculum standards.
Foster cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development of children.
Use play-based and activity-oriented teaching methods.
Create a warm, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and development.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
Maintain classroom discipline through positive reinforcement.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and well-being of children at all times.
Participate in school events, celebrations, and staff meetings.
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff for holistic child development.

Role Summary:

Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, EVS/Science, and Social Studies.

Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and digital content.
Maintain accurate academic records and student portfolios.
