Primary Mother Teachers

who can nurture young minds and create a joyful learning environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a primary class, integrating academic and co-curricular learning, and fostering holistic development among students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in alignment with school curriculum and learning outcomes. Act as a

class teacher (Mother Teacher)

and take complete academic and emotional responsibility for the class. Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and confidence in learners. Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining detailed records and providing regular feedback to parents. Integrate activity-based and experiential learning methods into daily lessons. Organize and participate in school events, assemblies, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings. Collaborate with subject teachers and school staff to ensure the overall growth and well-being of each student. Encourage moral values, discipline, and life skills through regular interactions and class activities.

Skills & Attributes Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong classroom management and organizational abilities. Creativity and enthusiasm for innovative teaching methods. Compassionate, patient, and student-centric approach. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Basic computer literacy for digital teaching and reporting.
