Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Teach all core subjects (English, Mathematics, EVS, etc.) to the assigned class. Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities. Observe and assess students' academic performance and personal development. Maintain regular communication with parents about their child's progress. Organize and participate in classroom activities, school events, and parent-teacher meetings. Support children in developing good habits, manners, and social skills. Maintain records of students' attendance, assessments, and progress reports. Collaborate with co-teachers and other staff for integrated learning experiences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Education or Child Development) B.Ed or Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Montessori Training (preferred) Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience at the primary level (freshers with strong passion also considered)
