Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mother Tongue Teacher to instruct primary school students in their respective mother tongue language, aligned with CBSE curriculum standards. The ideal candidate will foster language skills, cultural understanding, and effective communication abilities among young learners in a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach the designated mother tongue language to primary school students (Classes 1 to 5) as per CBSE curriculum guidelines. Develop and deliver lesson plans that encourage reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Use a variety of teaching methodologies and educational technologies to enhance language learning. Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular tests, assignments, and oral activities. Promote the cultural heritage and values associated with the mother tongue language. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation. Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support holistic student development. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and areas for improvement. Participate in school events, language competitions, and workshops related to language development. Stay updated with CBSE guidelines and new teaching techniques in language education.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) with specialization in the concerned mother tongue language or a relevant degree in the language. Proficiency in teaching the mother tongue language to primary students. Familiarity with CBSE primary language curriculum and assessment methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children. Ability to use modern teaching tools and multimedia resources effectively.
Preferred:

Prior experience teaching mother tongue language in CBSE-affiliated schools. Knowledge of child psychology and primary education pedagogy. Fluency in English or Hindi as a medium of instruction and communication within the school.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
